Hi! I’m Zoe,
On this website many of you might know me as a movement teacher and studio owner, but this is only a small part of my story. If you’re new here, welcome!
In a previous time I completed my PhD in the arts, working as a Curator, Gallery Director, and Installation Artist. One of my projects was a government funded Artist-Run-Initiate, this sustained many artists and their work over a 6 year period. Later I became an Australian pioneer in Aerial movement, adding to my training in Yoga, Pilates, Gyrokinesis® and Dance modalities. These foundations created the movement classes and studios I founded over the past 11 years.
For many years I have been a director of businesses and NFP organisations.
I operated these on my own energetic fuel ~ lighting the path with my life force and internalised passion.
Unfortunately this approach is very unsustainable; during 2019 I audited my life and started making decisions that streamlined everything from parenting to domestic tasks, business management to finance. It wasn’t perfect but it was a deliberate start to my optimisation journey. Assessing my life and choosing to make changes was a very freeing and empowering decision. When I began I couldn’t possibly know where it would lead me!
I’m here to offer you a path to freedom, and what that looks like is different for everyone. Let’s go on an adventure together.
