GLOBAL RETREATS

The system is not broken. It is working exactly as designed: for purposes that were never yours.

This retreat is not an escape from daily life.

Six days of learning to see clearly, feel the subtlety in your body, and build the internal architecture to move through life on your own terms.

Our UNRAVEL Retreats are not simply relaxation.

They are restructuring.

ZOE ZEPHYR

Zoe is a somatic movement facilitator, aerial movement and meditation guide whose practice spans over two decades of embodied inquiry. Raised in close proximity to Tibetan Buddhist monks, Zoe's relationship with meditation began not as a technique but as a way of life, later deepened through immersive practice in Osho meditation traditions in India. A dancer from the age of three into her early twenties, and continuing to dance through adulthood in more exploratory ways, Zoe is fascinated by the push and pull of somatic dance and the tension of release, control and surrender in the body. A pioneer of aerial movement in Australia, Zoe brings fluency in suspension, breath, and stillness to facilitation. Zoe founded Movement Halo to hold space and now is guiding participants through Unravel a retreat series designed to unwind the nervous system and reconnect people with the wisdom already held in their bodies.

VICTORIA ROSE

Victoria is a former archaeologist and museum coordinator turned yogi rogue, the path from uncovering ancient histories to guiding present-moment embodiment is never linear. What began as a career spent piecing together the stories of the past evolved into a life spent wandering the world; including leading tours, chasing horizons, hiking trails, and falling in love with the ocean along the way. Eventually leading Vicky to the mat in Rishikesh, India to study Ashtanga and Hatha yoga and expanding into aerial movement, vinyasa and yin yoga. Equal parts grounded and adventurous, Vicky brings a teaching style shaped by history, movement, and a genuine love of discovery; helping participants unravel old stories and find their footing in the present, one breath and one journey at a time.
