Class Passes and Up Front Memberships

  • All class passes and memberships are non refundable and non transferable

  • All class passes and memberships are for individual use only

  • All Class Passes and Up Front Memberships are non extendable.

  • Activation date of Pass will be the date of first class booked or attended

  • Strictly NO refunds or extensions will be offered on any introductory offers due to illness, injury, or any other reason

Class Reservations and Cancellations

  • Aerial Classes: 6 hours notice required for cancellations otherwise a full payment will be taken for unattended class

  • All other Classes: 2 hour notice required for cancellations otherwise a full payment will be taken for unattended class

  • No-shows will have a class deducted from a ClassPass series ~ Unlimited members will be charged an additional fee of $5

  • Workshops: 6 hours notice required for cancellations otherwise a full payment will be taken for absence

  • Teacher Trainings: At the discretion of the presenter/instructor

  • Reservation spaces may be forfeited 5 mins before class commences.

  • If class is fully booked you will be placed on a wait-list and notified by email if a space becomes available

Age Restrictions & Concessions

  • All classes are for people 16years and older unless specified

  • Students aged 16-18 years will still be required to have a guardian sign a release form before attending classes

  • Students aged 13-16years of age may attend classes with a parent or guardian if arranged prior via phone or email

  • Students under 12years of age are not able to attend open classes and must attend our tweens program

  • No student concessions are given for casual class passes

Health Care Cards, Pensioners & Student Discounts

  • 10% discount can be applied on application with proof of concession for 3 / 5 / 10 /15 Class Passes

  • Discounts are not available for Casual Passes, Monthly Specials or Unlimited Memberships

Direct Debit Memberships

  • All accounts on a Direct Debit Membership are debited weekly

  • We require 4 weeks notice when cancelling all DD membership

  • Unless other arrangements have been made, Direct Debit Memberships will automatically renew

Specialised Courses

  • No refunds or exchanges on any commenced workshops or courses.

  • Any unattended classes are non transferrable or refundable under any circumstance.

  • For refund to be applicable 48 hours notice must be given PRIOR to course or workshop commencement date.

Gift Cards

  • Gift Cards can be used once only

  • Gift Cards are are non refundable and non transferable
