Lifestyle Reinvention Services

Scope of Services

Lifestyle Reinvention services may include:

  • Renovation (domestic & commercial)

  • Home Styling & Interiors

  • Personal Wardrobe Styling

  • Art Curation

  • Circular Economy & Sustainable Sourcing

Each service includes consultation, recommendations, sourcing suggestions, guidance and project management only as arranged in writing. If the client has arranged advisory services only, then the implementation, purchasing, and third-party coordination are the responsibility of the client. All agreements are supplied in writing.

Fees & Payment

  • Service fees are quoted and agreed upon prior to commencement.

  • A 50% deposit secures your booking; the remaining balance is due upon completion of the agreed services.

  • Additional services requested outside of the original scope may incur additional charges.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may result in forfeiting the deposit.

  • Exceptions may be made for genuine unforeseen circumstances at the discretion of the stylist.

Sourcing & Purchases

  • Product recommendations are provided as part of the service.

  • Any faults with products are not the responsibility of Movement Halo.

  • Product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines are subject to supplier stock and are outside the control of the stylist.

  • The client is responsible for purchasing and managing third-party orders unless otherwise arranged.

Liability

  • All services are advisory and subjective by nature. Final decisions are the client’s responsibility.

  • Movement Halo is not liable for the performance, quality, or outcome of third-party products, services, deliveries, or contractors.

Intellectual Property

  • All concepts, mood boards, and curated selections remain the intellectual property of Movement Halo and may not be shared, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.

Privacy & Confidentiality

  • All client information, property details, and discussions are strictly confidential.
